AC Blower Noise - What is it?

This is the sound my interior unit makes for the first 8-10 seconds when it is starting up. I'm assuming it is the Blower? Most of the time, it eventually stops making the noise and starts working properly, but I would like to identify how to correct the issue because the noise can be heard in the bedroom below each time the system starts up.

Sounds like somethin catching on the blower wheel (a piece of foam insulation)?

Carrier furnace, sounds like inducer motor trying to act like a sick cow.

Why would the inducer motor do this when not calling for heat. Good question... you wanted a guess.

It's one of these random moments that confirms I have seen / heard too much.
