Ditto. You don't seem to have sliced through the central flowering stem so it's probably going to be ok. Just stick it back in. You have a good opportunity there to see and learn just how early bulbs start putting out new roots. They don't wait until spring. In future you'll do less damage if you dig in beds with a fork rather than a spade.
