'Jeana' is still blooming (although starting to fade) for me after first coming into bloom around the first week of August. I believe this cultivar is thought to be "mostly sterile", which likely contributes to the long bloom period. All of my other paniculatas are done, and given the hot/dry conditions we've had over the last week or so, I don't have much hope for any re-bloom.
