I'd go with black slate-look porcelain tiles on the floor and keep everything else. Paint the walls white. Here are similar looks:

Try to avoid painting the cabinet. It’s hard to do and it will chip. I like what you had for the most part but I like your countertop the least. It’s an easy change if you can afford it.

To clarify, the floors have to change, we can't match the tile so they are pulling all of it up and we will pick something new. It's not an option to keep them and frankly I hate them anyway so I'm ok with that.

I love the look of the dark floor Sabrina posted. But…a lot of things end up on a bathroom floor that might or might not be visible on that floor. Skin flakes, hair, nail file, skin care products, water drops/mineral content. Evaluate your situation. But, it sure looks good clean like the photo.
