My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Just thought I'd let people know something: when pics are posted by PHOTOGRAPHERS don't ask questions about design or 'where can you get that wallpaper' or 'what color paint did you use on the trim.' Photographers rarely have such info.

    It's kinda the same way with home builders. They BUILD, but don't do design. Of course it never hurts to ask a builder but don't get frustrated and rude if no one responds. I've seen some people get rather testy & rude when people ask the same question over & over. Just pay attention to what profession is posting then have reasonable expectations.
