How to pull down rim joist to sill plate

Does anyone have any advice or tips and tricks for putting on bowed or crowned boards? This is my rim joist. It sits about a 1/4” off of the sill plate due to it being crowned. I have tried installing both crown up and down and either way it leaves a gap somewhere between the rim joist and sill plate. Majority of the lumber I purchased and was delivered is like this so it’s making it difficult to put my band boards on.

There is a huge difference between rough framing and cabinetmaking. You are rough framing here. Crowns up and go.

What Joseph said. The anchor bolts should be close enough to pull most down close enough immediately and the balance will sit down from the weight of the walls.
