What a lovely room. I love it.

I really have no idea if putting actual windows in would make you use it more. Is it too cold to use in winter? Does the fireplace do an adequate job of heating it? Does pollen affect your breathing, or is it just drifting in and making a mess?

Maybe there other factors. Is the furniture comfy enough for your family? The tv looks way too high for me to watch from that furniture. Is it windy? Is there enough privacy from neighbors? Is it hot in the summer? Do you have a/c available for this room? I can’t see if there’s a big ceiling fan to draw in fresh air.

Thank you…yes it’s a lovely porch but I feel like we don’t use it enough because:
Starting in March it’s just a huge mess of pollen everywhere. It requires cleaning on a daily basis and I’m no spring chicken. By the time pollen season is over it’s too hot to use very much. We are on 12 acres so lots of privacy. Furniture is ok…it’s patio furniture but that isn’t an issue. It gets used the most when my grandchildren are visiting in the summer. That’s where they hang out and watch their show, eat popcicles and generally free to make a mess. The gas fireplace does not give off enough heat to warm the room when it’s chilly…but having it enclosed it probably would. I would definitely want to keep it a screen porch in summer. Not all that interested in a mini split. More feedback please

There are 2 big ceiling fans to circulate air

This is the 3 season room we had done at our cabin. It was many years ago and I can’t remember the company that installed. The windows went up when you wanted screen porch and down when raining or too cold. The material was a vinyl that looked like glass.

I really liked the look and the ease of the windows. Can anyone direct me to a company that installs these?
