Hi All,
Getting ready to build a screened porch and my contractor mentioned Cedartone decking as an alternative to standard lumber (that needs stained in a year). I like the idea of not having to stain it in the near future and it's within budget (Trex is too expensive). Does anyone have experience installing Cedartone decking and if so, what's your opinion on the look and how long the color/sealing lasts before needing stained? Our house is a midcentury ranch and the elevated screened porch will have an asymmetrical roof pitch plus Preway style fireplace. Inspiration photo below.
