Hello everyone!

We're moving to a new apartment and need a some help figuring out the layout for our living room and dining room space. As you will see in the floorplan below, there is a fireplace in the middle of the room. We are thinking of having the sofa (maybe a sectional) and TV on the left side and the dining table on the right side, but not sure what to put in the middle/in front of the fireplace.

FYI, the door on the right leads to the kitchen and the door on the left to the hallway.

Any ideas are greatly appreciated!
