My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

What flooring did you use in the kitchen, please?

I have been looking for a flooring like this.

    Hi and thanks for the question!

    This flooring is actually oak hardwood that the clients already had in their home. The grain is natural to the red oak wood. We sanded it down and refinished it with a "custom" stain -- a 50/50 blend of Minwax "Special Walnut" and "Gunstock."
