Don't install a wafer light. The light source too close to the plane of the ceiling and easily visible from below -- and reflected in the TV screen. Instead, purchase a recessed light with a light source that is "deeply regressed" i.e., tucked up inside the light. Example:

This light has a black baffle (to reduce glare) and white trim ring (to match the white ceiling).

@wdccruise Thanks for the info. I am a little confused about light source too close to plane of the ceiling. the wall washer lights in the photo are recessed with half covers as they are wall washers. I see what you mean about recessed I will take a look. I was thinking they would go on the same run as the other lights but be further away from the window. I will see if I can find the ones you mentioned in photos. Thanks
