What a cute set-up. The mirror seems a little low to check one's appearance, which is customary in an entry.

The lamp is fine but the shade could be larger.

Your mirror is beautiful and the height seems fine to me. The lamp looks okay to me, but I'm sure others will have suggestions for a different one.

These are good observations and I’ll check the height once home again. I think it’s okay, but that’s a good point! I feel like the shade is dated (yes, it’s old) and wondered if a shorter, wider based lamp would work. I don’t wanna take away from the interesting mirror and was even thinking of a pair of smaller touch lamps. ??

Thank you so much for your response.

I'm being nitpicky about the height and I like the tall lamp to go with the bold frame. You really don't have to change anything... such a charming vignette.

Aww thank you tracefloyd. There’s just something off about it for me (and it’s not the furniture movers that are still under the feet of the chest 😂)!

These entry mirrors seem of similar proportions. Decor is sometimes a work in progress : )

Wow, these are great and good food for thought. I think when I get the right lamp, I could use a third decor item. Wondering what that could be 💭 … I welcome all suggestions and photos and appreciate the advice/opinions, thank you.
