Does LED track lighting work over a 6 foot kitchen table?

I have a wall of art over a bench for the table that l would like to highlight, but also need lighting for the table

    Melanie, that sounds like a pretty good solution to me. Plan on a couple of fixtures pointed at the artwork and perhaps 3 more pointed down at the table. Many track manufacturers also make a pendant adapter kit, so some simple pendants can be suspended from (and powered by) the track for a more traditional look.
