I really dislike reclining sofas but at least this one is apparently made in Italy so big plus IMO for the leather. I would however check more places for the pricing since the brand seems to be available in many different stores. There are many voices on Houzz abouth Italian made leatherfurniture but for me it is still better than most NA made furniture I have always owned I talian leather furniture and one set is more than 40 yrs old my son now has it in his media room the only thing needinf a fix was the foam in the seat cushions cost him 200.00 and the cushions are accessible to replace the foam so an easy job. The furniture I have now is 20+ yrs old and still looks and feels like new. No a spring to be flound but a strapping stystem that really does last forever unlike springs that wear out .
