Currently finishing up a kitchen update and am having a heck of a time finding the right hinges for my corner cabinet bifold doors. With trying to plan everything, I overlooked the need for wide angle (165 or 170 degree) hinges, to attach the master door to the cabinet face frame.

I ordered all my doors to have a 1-3/8 inch full overlay and attached all doors using Blum Compact Soft Close Hinges (105 degree opening). After installation, I realized I made a mistake when the corner cabinet doors did not open wide enough.

So, I contacted the door manufacturer and they advised me that I would have to purchase Blum 170 Degree Face Frame Hinges and notch the cabinet face frame to accomodate the 1-3/8 overlay, since the hinges apparently did not offer that overlay. That did not go well (thanknfully only tried this on one cabinet) since the notching left the face frame thin/weak and the door sadly ended up breaking off with whatever wood it was attached to.

I then kept researching hinge options and found Everbilt Wide Angle Full Overlay 165 Degree Hinges which are marked as 1-3/8 overlay and thought bingo! But I installed one door using them tonight and it seems the overlay is not in fact 1-3/8, even after playing with the overlay adjustment screw on the hinge. The opening angle is nice and wide - just can't shut the door all the way because it hits the face frame (as pictured).

I feel like my only option is to reorder the corner doors with measurements that'll work with the wide angle hinge, which apparently do not have the 1-3/8 overlay, or use the original 105 degree hinges that offer the correct overlay but do no open wide. However, before taking that step, I wanted to see if anyone has any advice or solutions to this predicament. Attached are some pics of my door currently with the Everbilt hinges used:
