Very, very happy with my Profile wall oven. I was considering more expensive brands, but gambled on the Profile for a certain feature, & have no regrets. It's the nicest baker I've owned as far as evenness of browning & getting the desired textures. I bake butter cakes (layer & sheet), chiffon cakes, cookies, pies, quick breads, muffins, biscuits, & cornbread. Not really a yeast bread baker. I've owned KitchenAid, Thermador, GE P7, & Whirlpool wall ovens, & a Westinghouse range over the course of 40 years.

I love my Miele CSO XXL. Has baking, convection, steam and a combination of those functions, so very versatile. I use steam a lot so I got the plumbed/drained model.

If I were much younger and even more serious about my baking I think I'd want a commercial rotating rack convection oven with steam injection. Depends though on what you bake, how much and how often. Dropping $40K on an oven takes some level of commitment.

Even that doesn't cover everything-- a wood-fired Pompeii style oven will run rings around anything else for pizza.

I love my GE profile. It has both convection baking and roast. I have two 36" ones.
