InwouI would like to build my first house, which i like in Thailand. I have rectangle shape 488 sq m plot, and would like to build L-shape house, with open plan kitchen and lounge are, ofiice in the longer leg. and 3 BR on a shorter one. I want to spend as less , as possible money , but same time make an light , open space in the lounge. Making roof with sloop maybe 30% ,which will be continued through patio aria for 3-4 m minimum , but i am affraid its will be look horrible . Big windows and high silling . I am looking for suggestion and advise please
