Hi ! no need to apologize. Thank you for your kind words. I use GOLDEN heavy gel (polymer) and i sculpt it with several non-traditional items such as spoons, credit cards & other random objects i find at hardware or dollar stores. I have bought $126 camelhair brushes and $40 SS knives....they just dont cut it. I prefer to paint with GOLDEN brand fluid acrylics mixed with GOLDEN brand fluid polymer gloss medium but sometimes i use their airbrush paint mixed with distilled water if i want more of a transparent look. I actually paint by blowing thru a beverage straw or randomly dropping water onto the painting while flat via turkey baster to let the water do it's beautiful organic work. Yes i know this probably seems comical and strange but it's very true. I get very lightheaded and i still prefer the straw vs. compressor.....and no im not a golden rep lol !

Thanks so much; I'll definitely have to experiment! That sounds really cool, and it's so interesting that you use different objects. I wouldn't have thought that. Lol no worries about Golden... I mostly use their products anyway.
