I got these at my local store, very minimal but very striking. There's also dedicated building hardware stores that have an even more narrow but deeper focus. Hope there is one near you.

I found pulls similar to this at IKEA. Black or chrome, sturdy and good looking.

Hickory Hardware has this Forge pull

It comes in several different finishes and sizes including 8-13/16 inch and 12 inch with a 1-1/8 inch projection They also have this pull called Refined Rustic. It is also available in the sizes mentioned above. It comes in 2 finishes.

I purchased Hickory Hardware Pulls 12 years ago and they are still in perfect condition. They are available online and in some big box stores. I purchased mine though a local specialty hardware store and actually got them cheaper than than online.
