Aging In Place Contractors Seeks Advice

I have from being a c-8 Concrete Contractor to a B-2 all for my new Business Helping Seniors, Veterans, and People with Needs Modify their homes to be safer, and easier to navigate. My question is what advice would you give me in my targeting or reaching out to channel partners? What has worked well for you?

Find non-profit organizations that assist these people please and get on their approved contractor list. They may even have grant programs. Financing this demographic will be the most difficult problem you'll face as a contractor. Your heart is in the right place, but businesses don't run on love.
