I would add a color to that mix everything is one tone mabe look at a couple of pillows with a bit of color in a print then use a color from those for the throw . I always like drapes in bedrooms but I am not loving the duvet sort of run of the mill but maybe with something like this for pillows and a yellow throw it could work. . Waht size is the bed if a queen I would do a king coverlet or tuck in the ends so the foot board shows . You have nice blank slate nothing wrong really just kind of boring

It‘s a nice room and you clearly have a primarily neutral color scheme. I imagine that is intentional.

For your space, I would suggest a faux fur blanket , or faux cashmere. Warm tones such as brown, camel, in that family. The room would benefit from some warm tones.

Maureen, do you know where that through is from. I've looking for that slat blue and haven't had and luck. That and the pictures would work perfectly for me.

Also search for "bed scarf" or "bed runner".

@PatricaColwell I was thinking of camel leather lumbar pillow and a camel leather pouf as an accent color and maybe a soft light grey textured blanket with that design choice. My other consideration was orange or light shades of blue

Maybe try a blue throw since your pillows are also blue. Also maybe try some curtains on the windows to help soften the look of the room.
