Single wall light for a double vanity? What is best option?

We have a double vanity, two 15x36 Kohler medicine cabinets and chrome fixtures. There is a window on either side of the vanity, ceiling can lights centered on the medicine cabinets and one junction box between the mirrors. There are 21 inches between the mirrors.
What type of wall light fixture will provide the best light at the mirror?
