My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

I don't want to poop in the middle of the room while someone is taking shower. Would you want to be there? Also bernie thinks the tile grout is super cheesy.

    Some old school is nice, like antique glass knobs. But the knotty door and wrought iron handles bring back bad memories.
