I would like to paint my covered front porch tile in a matte light & medium gray checkerboard pattern (goal is a slate kind of look). I think my tile is porcelain or printed ceramic, definitely not cement. I’ve found tons of DIY guides for outdoor concrete or indoor bathroom/kitchen tile but mine is neither.
Has anyone done this before that can share their experience and the outcome?
Attached photos are of my porch, a close up of the tile, and an inspiration pic, although I would keep with the current layout of the tile.
