Just the one N for me, Neptune - Late in the season it always gets brown and crispy on the tips and edges. Anyone else have this problem or a solution?

nw, sorry to hear about the hack. Should we not be using our names? Now I’m getting paranoid. My email was hacked years ago, but nothing terrible came of it, except people contacting me about getting weird emails from me that they knew weren’t what I would send them. I hope nothing bad comes from yours, either.

Be careful about giving permission to anyone who asks on email or text. I got one from a friend who stated they wanted to tell me something IF THAT WAS OK. Never give permission to anyone over any device.

It sounds like you are okay since you did not fall for the scam. I get calls from "Microsoft" saying there is a problem or saying I need a new code. I just say no, not interested. I do not think our first names are an issue but I have not used yours here out of respect. We need to be vigilant but I will not let these low lifes have any power. Your friend Laurie.

I had my email in my profile here originally…..when I was hacked, they got into my checking and “tested” a couple of small debits, $.03 and $.06. When those worked, they knew they could make the larger debit. Our security company identified that my email from the hosta forum was the source. Remember, the forum site has never been secure. So I removed info from my profile after that. I don’t think using names, especially first ones is a big issue, but will also respect what others want.

Gary - I have no issue with Neptune but mine only gets dappled sun and is protected in a spinout bag.

Debra - Night Shift should have a thin green edge. Is yours missing or just not visible or maybe it just needs another year. If there's no edge, then it reverted back to Daybreak which is also an excellent Hosta.
