Does anyone have direct experience with either or both of these kits?

Looking to install a 30"x80" door with soft close.

For what it's worth I'd like to maximize a sense of privacy with this door, as it will be for a bathroom. i have not seen a pocket door I've been impressed with out in the world, but I understand these may allow for the use of a heavier duty door, etc.

Woudl welcome comments on performance, durability, ease of installation, build quality, durabilty, etc. The price difference is substantial but they appear similar to my untrained eye.
