Stick masking tape along the front edge with a nice fold at the bottom to catch drips of super glue. Apply the thin type super glue, making sure you've got plenty of squeeze-out and that the missing section is filled completely. If you're in a hurry, spritz it with accelerator. Don't wipe the excess away; it acts as a lubricant when you're scraping the overfill.

Scrape the overfill off with a Ceramic razor blade, which won't leave metal marks. Angle the blade at first, you don't want to pull your adhesive out of the nick. If you do, put a little more glue in and start over.

The super glue will appear as a medium gray, but fortunately you have that in your top. You'll never be able to "unsee" this, so don't be too hard on yourself please. You'll probably be able to feel it, but polishing to flush isn't a DIY project.

The best fix is to do the repair, then have a more rounded edge re-profiled and polished. Not only will most or all of the chip be eliminated, it will be less likely to chip in the future. Unfortunately, with this popular edge profile, this probably won't be the first time you'll do this.
