Condensation?

Could this be a roof leak around a sewer vent pipe?

Is it possible the water supply has a pin hole and is leaking? Absolutely put a warranty request in with your builder. The picture makes it appear the water is coming from behind the wall and you did not say anything about dripping from above so it may be the water lines. The builder will have to remove the drywall to get at it, which is an easily repairable job.

The builder is aware. He was immediately notified under warranty. He sent the plumber out, but we'll have to.do more.follow through. If you don't know, builders now a days aren't the best at honoring their work, even with a warranty.

Hi, I would think if a supply line had a pin hole you would have a whole lot of water leaking. I first would suspect the connection from the washing machine to the drain line.
