Upholstered Bed, looking for color advice

For some reason i could not get pictures to attach to my original post and for this post, only letting me add a few
Im ditching the current bed (if i sell the bed i will probably sell the nightstands along with) and getting an upholstered bed with frame although now i am having difficulty choosing a fabric and kind of wondering which direction to go
The wall color will stay as well as the carpet - at some point in the next year we’ll get wood floors but for now it’s staying. So while not in favor with everyone - some say boring, I do like neutral colors and lean towards a moderate monochromatic style . I do change out bedding/pillows seasonally I’ve included pics of the bedroom as well as the bed Im interested in along with some swatches. The lighter is an oatmeal color which is close in color to the chair cushion posted - the others are in a tan/beige/greige tone which in the bedroom those take on more of a gray tone. Worst case scenario and while not ideal, i could always add an area rug for some print and color. Input appreciatedAs always, thank you!

If you want a true monochrome and you are keeping the wall color, I would go with the one that is closest and works best with the wall color

Thank you. I tend to get caught up in tones and while i like the lighter one I’ve noticed in some light it takes on a bit of a yellow tone which id probably hate in s huge king bed! But then again, paint is the ‘easiest solution’ down the road, although the hubs mentioned, NO painting, he likes the color.

Just be aware that if the headboard just comes with a basic fabric and you sit up in bed and lean against the headboard regularly, with exposed skin and hair, you will stain the headboard with body oils or beauty products.

I had one reupholstered and I used an indoor/outdoor fabric to reduce any staining and allow for easier cleaning.

We have an adjustable bed and typically dont lean or rest our heads on the headboard Any color suggestions though…lighter/oatmeal, monochromatic??? The swatches i have are performance fabrics and waiting until Presidents’ Day before ordering just in case there is a sale if so, I’m sure I’ll get more swatches but for now and what I have for fabric that I like, this is the price range I prefer to be in. Thanks
