I see that you watch TV in that room. Because it is so large, you need to think of zones. Besides TV, what zones do you anticipate? A desk or other area for homework? A cozy reading area? A table for games and zigsaw puzzles?

All of those other ideas are elsewhere in the house. We have a kitchen island with seating, large dining room table, thats where we struggle. The room is mainly used for tv and games and we use the couch and coffee table for games.

Put some better effort into the floor plan you show? Size and placement of the windows on the walls? Total wall, how much wall BETWEEN those windows

A lot of clean up would help with the pictures, as appears we have a mosh pit in a cluttered garden as of now?

IMO start with that sectional the is too be for the space where you have it. Why is the TV scrunched in the corner when you have ahuge wall it could go on if you got new furniture that fits the room A 12' wide room is not huge and we have no clue about size of anything , size of TV how mwnat seats you need ?I have no idea how you can possibly play games when the table is almost tight to the sofa. I agree with both Jan and Yvonne . The sofa size is a must since it and the TV need to move for sure.

The current tv is 66" wide. The sectional is 12' wide by 88 deep at the loveseat and 60" at the chaise.
