Never heard of this material. What is it?

It is a large gauged porcelain panel. It will not stain. It will get metal marks, like any hard white surface that gets metal dragged across it. Which should never ever happen. Pick things up and put them down, and use a cutting board. Just clean with a plain old microfiber and Dawn. The metal marks may need some soft scrub .
