No, this is not a solid surface floor. it is tile.

What we were trying to show with this photo is that in a bathroom with a no curb to the shower, otherwise known as a level pan, because there still has to be a 2" drop between the floor and the pan, to contain the water, there is a thin sliver of tile at the edge, where the floor meets the pan. It's hard to describe in words...
