We need a to scale floor plan of the space after opening the wall Show every window , doorway where thos elead. Use hgraph paper show every meausurment [pst her ei jepg format in a comment DO NOT satrt another post . All things relating to this space will now be dealt with in comments in this post. Some info as to how many eating spaces do you need on a daily basis and also do you plan to eat most meals stiull at a table in the DR.

None of that works. The kitchen is small in scale to fit the smaller scale of the rest of the home.

Oh I do have to design it all to scale … just wondering if anyone ever combined the dinning room with kitchen like this and would the island or peninsula work better… I’ll add the designs at a later date with exact measurements
