My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Lake House Before and After

We purchased our lake property in 2019 and immediately began renovations. Apart from a new safer flight of stairs, most of the changes were cosmetic. The pandemic shut the world down just as we were finishing the the last contracted portion, and then we were left to our devices. It's still a work in progress, but I am so happy with the changes thus far and wanted to share a bit of that journey. For more details, please read all about it here:
