Designing Basement Bathroom/ Mudroom/Laundry

I currently have an existing room that is basically a large utility room. Id like to have a bathroom added into it and make it feel more like a mudroom on the laundry side. The only things that are permanent are the heat pump, water heater and washer and dryer. Would anyone be willing to give other ideas for the layout?
