Kitchen layout and cabinet selection help

This is my current kitchen layout. I designed it myself and just want some feedback on my current layout. I am a builder but this is my first kitchen design. I have also been looking for an affordable high end frameless cabinet that I can install my self. I really like Blum hardware or something comparable with a heavy weight capacity. All help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

You need to work with an experienced kitchen designer. You have some errors, and assumptions here. Like the assumption that a 14K built in fridge would be used. That isn't the kitchen for that type of appliance investment, yet you have not accurately measured the aisle clearance for a refrigerator that is around 35" deep. Or designed the cabinetry correctly for around it. Or even a counter depth fridge. The aisle clearance is smaller than recommended, even though that is a relatively large space. You have inadequate room for each proposed person to be seated and comfortable, etc. In short, you don't understand the standard size dimensions and clearances that is second nature to a kitchen designer.

I can't quite figure out the right leg of the L. Is that a dining table below? What's to the left of the kitchen?

You have a lot going on in a very small part of the kitchen - fridge, sink, range - with what appears to be empty counter space on the right. Spreading the work areas out more would make for a more functional kitchen.

Also change all your pullouts (except the pantry) to actual drawers.

I'm also confused about the corner. What's in the little space between the pullouts and the Lemans unit? The doesn't seem very efficient use of space. Where will you put trash/recycling containers?

With a dining table 2 steps away, do you really need seating for 4 at the island? I much prefer to eat at an actual table, and if the proposed furniture placement is realistic, the there isn't really room for seating at the bottom of the island, and an 11" overhang isn't that comfortable for island seating (15" is typically recommended).

HU- I was planning on using a counter depth fridge. You don’t think that 48” counter to counter is enough clearance for the fridge? And as for the seating at the island, what is making it uncomfortable? The depth of the counter? Let me know thanks!

AnnKH- I was a little concerned about the working areas being too close together. The little space between the pullouts and lemans is a FH tray cabinet. I was contemplating moving the sink out of the island and putting under the window where the microwave cabinet is. Thanks for the input on the roll outs. I have been hearing that it’s better to just put a standard drawer base in place of those. That makes sense. The trash pullout is the 24” cab next to the dishwasher. I do like having at least 4 seats at the island but I was unsure of the 2 seats at the back of the island as well. Yes that rectangle is a dining room table in the lower part of the picture. Thank you all so much for your input!!!!
