I’d look for a room divider, as it would create a nice backdrop to your seating area. Can easily fold up and be stored over the winter and you’ll still have easy access to storage door.

I’m not a fan of the brown bri k and with the winds a freestanding screen is not an option.

I would put some beautiful tallish green plants against the brick, then paint the door a medium darkish green to match the plants.

I think you've gotten most of the best suggestions. Ideally, you find a color that minimizes the door and then put something decorative (a tall plant? lamp?) in front of it. If you have wind, then you'll need to secure whatever it is, or I guess you could hang a picture with command strips.
