Old house with a lot of gaps ( allowing outside air in ) needs to have the current concrete foundation taken out, concrete on side of house demo and a new one put in and some concrete inside the house taken out. Owners have elderly copd and emphysema in the home. They will not be on site during work and remodel but understandably have grave concerns about the left over silica dust Inside as all walls need to be taken out down to the studs and demo inside.
they also worry about the dust on the Soil surrounding the property as it can enter via wind and leaf blowers.
how can post work get all the silica dust out? Inside and out ?
