Accidentally drove a screw through my shower tile :(

Any recommendations for a temporary fix so we can use the shower without fear of water getting through the backer board?
How about some ideas to fix this permanently? This wasn't tile we installed so I don't know what the grout color is, nor do I know where this tile can be found now. Ideally, I'd like to only replace the one tile and not have to re-do the whole insert.
