What is Easy Turf and where do you get it?

I love this look of Easy Turf with Paver Stones but not sure how to find it--please advise Thanks

are the pavers set on the turf, or is the turf cut around them?

We are looking at putting in easyturf and we also like this idea. Are the pavers set on the turf or is the turf cut around the pavers?
