Hello everyone, I am having a block wall fence around me property and I see that many columns are off centered on footings and corners are just floating. It just does not look right, is it an issue? What can I do to make sure it will not cause any problem down the road, contractors are saying they will cover it with dirt, so it won't be visible, but my concern is not the look and also my worry is if they cover it, city inspector will not even see it. Any suggestion what can I do in this case? I will really appreciate any feedback from experts in this area.
