I don’t know how this would look as a companion to your living room colors, but..

Move the bed so that it centers with the over head light and lower the light considerably.

Neither end table…I like them, but not with the bed.

A rug under the bed…about 2’ wider on each side and about up 2/3 under the bed, and a couple of feet longer out on the floor.

Add a complimentary duvet folded at the bottom.

I'd paint the end table to match the other. Then, two matching clear base lamps. Put the lamp on some books so the height matches on each side. Great bed!

Nice bed frame! I recommend darkening the round pedestal table on the right and removing the table on the left. I also would add a large art work in a medium dark frame and panels to soften the room. The bedding should be a blend of warm and cool colors depending on your preference.
