Outside painting after power washing

I will be powerwashing my ceiling and painting the area outisde on my front porch. its wood. What would be the drying time before i paint? i live in Virginia so right now we’ve had days in the 70’s but also days in low 60. if i prime, what would be waiting time for that as well.
