Furniture Design Dilemma

How do i return an item that was sent to the wrong address?

on my order #1799607145220927, my chair was sent to the wrong address. I will not be at the address in Florida until January. I ordered it to come to my home in Illinois. How do I go about having it picked up from Florida and brought yo Illinois. I am happy to pay the extra shipping fees.

Have someone send it back, get a credit and start over.

Folks? Houzz is like Amazon, but nowhere near as sophisticated or efficient. Houzz is the ADVERTISING and clicks for a million "sellers"

To the op? Your chair was not shipped from Houzz. It was shipped from an independent seller. It will not be carted from Florida to Illinois. So....... return the chair from Florida, start over, and whatever chair it was? I would "google" . Houzz is unlikely to be the only source for the chair, whatever it was. Even Amazon would not do it, once at the door in Florida.
