Katydid nymph (juvenile), most likely the adults will be eating aphids, maybe the nymph as well :-)

Nice jumping spider photo. Jumping spiders seem to have the habit of looking at the camera and even moving around if you change position. Probably sizing you up to determine if you are safe to eat or jump at you to scare you away :-)
