My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

      IMHO gray comes in many colors. It's flexible for walls that you don't want to paint every year. Change the pillows change the window treatments. Change the rug -- the walls will change with you :)

      Wow, fantastic job! There's hope for my 8ft high ceilings/ranch kitchen. Are the 'cabinets' above the refrigerator actual cabinets, or faux? I have a similar design issue. And what did you use for 'paint grade' cabinets?
