Where will the brick be? And, you say hip roof but the image is gabled.

The brick will be on the entire house and chimney. We changed the roof from a gabled roof to a hip roof.

Have you asked your designer for an up to date and accurate image? Very helpful when choosing colors.

I've shown several changes below.

Posts should support a visible beam which supports the roof.

Removed two of the columns, and would consider larger ones.

Raised the fascia height on the porch and 2nd floor roof.

Will the porch be high enough that you will need a railing?

Here I've reduced the pitch of the porch roof and made the 2nd floor windows taller.

And this one makes the columns larger.

Above the brick sample the colors shown from left to right are: Stone White, Cashmere, and Pebble Gray.

Are those the window colors?

Mark, We have made changes to the other elevations that have not been updated, so it would be confusing to post those.

PPF, The porch roof is currently a 3/12 pitch. What do you suggest for the pitch? The house is 38 feet wide. What size posts would look best? 8”, 10”? We did end up raising the height of the house, so we will need to make these changes.5
