Julia, It looks like your kitchen is open to another room - perhaps a living area. Can you show pics of that space too because they are all in the same view range and will be helpful in directing you towards what color table.

With out that information I'd say white or wood because they will disappear into your wall or floors and help make the space look larger.

Do these tables have matching barstools or will you be purchasing those separately? If separately, you might want to shop for them concurrently with the table to see if they dictate table color.

I am getting rid of the white desk in those pictures^

I need to know how wide that space is from my eye there is no place for that table where it will not be in the way.. Is this the only eating space in the place ? Maybe a little drop down for 2 stools for a quick bite I think placed like an island will not work only be a PITA and which is it pub or counter height ? I would just use the desk you had it is dining height and 2 chairs that could sit at it a nice big piece of art on the wall and be done

Patricia, I have about 8 feet from the counter to the wall. That is the only eating space. I was thinking of getting that table I posted as it is counter height (same height as kitchen cabinets) with 2 barstools… what do you think?

Regarding the white table, would it blend with your cabinets? If not, the whites could look ”off” in a small space.

One of my kids has a similar apartment. She has a white table because her cabinets are taupe.

For you I would go with whtie but... if the whites are not matching go with Steel or Black.

I would go with the natural wood finish.

Wood top industrial look base gets my vote. It's a second hit of wood and SS you need to bring it all together.
