I'd go with one light above a mirror. Not able to suggest styles, as we don't know the design style in the bathroom or adjoining rooms.

I think you need a wider mirror… do 1 light above the mirror or one light on the right side of the mirror

Also there are too many metals fr the pictures, maybe get a wood mirror or black or white

I think find a mirror first , then look for the light fixture that will complement the mirror

If u pick 1 light on the side, make sure it’s bright enough😀

Bigger mirror and one nice LED bar liaght above the mirror.

The color on the wall is Quietude by Sherwin Williams.

You have a fairly narrow space. Lighting mounted through the mirror gives a neat look

I would rotate the sconses to point down which would then appropriately light a persons face….better than a light bar above the mirror.. Also this sconses are kind of in style right now so I would put off replacing them until the winds blow another direction.

If you stick with sconces on the sides, then you need to switch to sconces that are not as wide. I ended up with a tight space in one of my guest bathrooms and the linear sconces are only 3.5" wide at the box. The electrician had to get a narrower electrical box to make it work.

Keep the sconces for sure!! Better lighting for make up etc
