My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Too many finishes

We are looking at the following: butter yellow cabinets, soapstone, white tile backsplash, hardwood floor. So far so good. Looking at sinks, we want a stainless apron sink. The range (1 year old, not changing) is stainless. We had been thinking we would do white for the DW but that seems like it will clash with the stainless apron right next to it. Panel ready dishwashers seem absurdly expensive; do we need to just settle for a stainless DW?

    Get a panel ready dishwasher. You are designing a pretty ‘designed’ kitchen so keep going. A white dishwasher will be a miss.
